Total Support includes

  • Extended Service – Support hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays. All holidays are included. 24/7/365 support is also available for additional fees.

     

  • Easy Pricing – Cost to support the entire network is calculated at a flat per-user, per month rate. As staff count goes up and down, the price will adjust accordingly. This makes it easy to predict costs month to month and budget annually.

     

  • Onsite and Remote Support – Our Alpharetta, Georgia-based helpdesk is staffed with senior engineers that can resolve many support issues remotely, saving time and money compared to an onsite visit. However, when needed, engineers can be scheduled for onsite work at no additional cost.

     

  • Included Project Work – Sophicity includes all project work at no additional labor cost. This includes tasks like virtualization, consolidation, equipment rollouts, audits, end user support, and many more. You’ll never need to pay more than Sophicity’s monthly fee to totally support your network.

     

  • Antivirus – We’ll include state-of-the-art antivirus software and all of the necessary licenses for each Windows server and workstation as part of your monthly fee.

     

  • Expert Engineers – You won’t just be assigned one engineer to support your network. You’ll get a whole team of engineers who are experienced in the specialized needs of municipal league and city government IT support. No more worrying about vacations, sick time, and turnover –you’ll always have access to a Sophicity engineer.

     

  • Reporting and Auditing – We’ll perform regular technical audits and provide monthly executive reports that detail important metrics regarding the state of the network.

     

  • Quarterly Technology Planning – On a quarterly basis a lead engineer will meet with you to review, adjust, and plan ahead for your municipal league’s technology initiatives.
