The company worked closely with City staff to develop a long term technology strategy and address an immediate need to replace an Accounting System by conducting a comprehensive look at their systems, infrastructure, and related processes across all City departments. Armed with this information, and recommendations for improvement, the City of Duluth will be able to plan its IT growth for several years.
